Try not to just work too much on the flight and in transit. Get some sleep, catch a movie, read a book so that you relax. Flying takes it out of you so do not overdo it. Try to minimize the consumption of alcohol also. Some people see flying as the most time they get to themselves ever so take advantage of the “no phone/email zone” (well limited email zone)!!
