This Asian restaurant presents authentic Asian dishes from all over Asia. The Beef Rendang (Indonesian), Thai salads and the Butter Chicken (Indian) are delicious and the restaurant is at KLCC, the best shopping mall in the city. It faces to the outside of the mall so there is access from inside and outside but what is great is that you

This is a bookshop and café which is “laptop friendly”. The range of books is extensive and they are very happy for you to sit there for hours enjoying the books, the coffee and the atmosphere. Many interesting Israel titles for business travelers looking to learn more about the city, the country and its rich history. The coffee is great

This restaurant is on the beach front, on the beach side of the road (which is unusual in Tel Aviv). The emphasis is seafood and it is a good and very relaxed restaurant – great for first time visitors to the city. Take a walk along the beach afterwards. Open for Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Dinner every day

I had brunch here. The coffee is fabulous. The menu had the usual options and more. The atmosphere is very relaxed with both tables and a bar running through the middle of the restaurant. The staff were good but you need to wave them over (not so proactive). They also serve lunch and dinner and they have published specials on

Morton’s is great for steak anywhere in the world and of course the menu is more extensive than that. In Reston, they have both indoor and outdoor seating so weather permitting, it is worth a table outside. In the main dining area, the restaurant is a bit too open plan for my liking but the food and service will not

This restaurant is in an historic Mexican hacienda and the food is fabulous traditional Mexican (not Tex Mex :)). Try the Mole Sauce which is usually served with chicken. This is a traditional Mexican sauce made with something like 24 ingredients including chocolate. It is amazing! Great bar here and it is a wonderful experience to wander around the property

Good Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant also sells imported Italian pastas, sauces and wine. Opens out onto the outdoor area. Owner is usually there which makes for authenticity and great teamwork by the staff. Make a reservation online.
