Spago

This is one of Wolfgang Puck’s signature restaurants and it does not disappoint. It is on the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands. Around the bar (outside), called The Terrace, they serve a limited menu of favourites. In the dining room, the restaurant is world class Puck. The traditional Spago menu is apparent and there is always some locally inspired menu items. The Sea Bass Laksa the evening I was there was exceptional. The wine list is extensive and the service in the dining room is as good as it gets. At the Terrace, they are also serving the pool area so it is much more casual in approach of what they term “small plates”. They certainly do a good burger there. For lunch, go for the Terrace and for a great night out for dinner, try the dining room. The music is also bar style on the Terrace in the evenings. Of course the view is spectacular and the whole experience on Level 57 of Marina Bay Sands is something to behold.
Dining room opening hours are 6-10pm and you will need a reservation. The Terrace opening hours are 7-1030am for breakfast, 12-230pm for lunch and 230pm- late for dinner
