The Tortoise Supper Club

Stylish, sophisticated yet fun, this is a traditional American restaurant and bar in downtown Chicago, right by the river on State Street. The interior is spectacular; wood, B&W titles on the floor, lots of leather and the walls covered in a photo history of Chicago.

The food is all American from steaks to burgers to salads and the like all presented by professional wait staff. The wine list is extensive and focuses on US wines. The lounge/bar is an institution serving oysters and shrimp (and other fare) nightly with cocktails prepared by professionals. There is life Jazz Music in the bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. Valet parking is available as are private dining spaces.

Lunch Service: Monday – Friday 1130am – 4pm

Dinner Service: Monday – Thursday 4-930pm, Friday and Saturday 5-1030pm and Sundays from 5-9pm
