Do not be put off by the location. This restaurant is at a shopping mall which does not do it justice. When you walk in the door, it is stunning visually. It is literally a water library but you should see it. The food is great, the wine list extensive. They have an a la carte menu and a tasting menu. It is expensive but good value. Open for lunch 11-230pm (last order) and from 6-10pm
