This Spanish inspired restaurant focuses on fresh, local ingredients to provide an innovative approach to food in Almaty. The tomatoes in Almaty are the best I have ever eaten so the tomato salad was exceptional. The pasta Carbonara was presented at the table with the sauce prepared in the cheese wheel. It was fabulous. Lamb chops were also yum! The wine list is extensive and many are presented by the glass so you can pair each course with a different choice.
